MARR BROUGHT BACK TO CAPE MAY COUNTY, AWAITS COURT HEARING

The man charged in the Del Haven murder has been returned to Cape May County. Frederick Marr is charged with killing his nephew Ronald Denny Sr. Marr then drove to Florida, where he was later captured. Officials say that Marr could be in court by as early as today. If convicted of murder, Marr could face 30 years to life in prison.
