MARKETING GROUP: DON’T RAISE HOTEL TAX IN ATLANTIC CITY

A market group has warned Atlantic City officials about creating a new $10 per night room tax on hotel rooms.  Meet AC wrote a letter to city leaders asking them not to consider the new room tax as a way to generate revenue.  Hotel taxes generated in the city go directly to the State.
