MARGATE RESIDENTS FILE IN FEDERAL COURT TO STOP DUNES

Margate residents have filed a suit in federal court in an attempt to stop a dune project from being constructed in their community.  A federal court will hear a complaint by some residents who allege that the dune will allow water to pond and damage their properties.  The hearing will be held on November 30th by Judge Renee Bumb.
