A 25 year-old fugitive was arrested on Thursday for assaulting a homeless woman in Brown’s Park in Atlantic City in October of 2015. Police arrested Ibn Hunter of Atlantic City, who allegedly cut off his court-ordered ankle monitor earlier this month and eluded authorities until his capture. Hunter pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault and weapons charges and rejected a plea agreement. A video of the attack was posted on Facebook and went viral throughout the country.
