MANHOLE COVERS BLOWING IN ATLANTIC CITY

Reports of manhole covers blowing off continue to take place in Atlantic City. For the third day in a row, manhole covers blew off in the city. The AP reports that an electrical short is being blamed as the cause. The report says that one 200 pound cover went up 10 feet in the air.
