Wildwood Crest Police have arrested a 26 year old Philadelphia man after he followed a female jogger with two knives in his possession. Brian C. Ciccimaro is charged with various weapons and drug offenses. The incident occurred Monday around 5:00am on Seaview Avenue. The woman was able to run from the area and contact police.
