A man was arrested for an aggravated assault in Egg Harbor Township. Police there took Kevin Johnson, of Blackwood, into custody for striking the victim in the head with a beer bottle and trying to run him down with a vehicle. Johnson was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, assault by auto, disorderly conduct, and driving while intoxicated. The victim, Michael Feldman, was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
