MAN TOUCHING HIMSELF OUTSIDE CUMBERLAND PEEBLES ARRESTED

35 year old Terry Davis of Bridgeton has been arrested and charged with committing a lewd act inside his car while parked outside of a Peebles store in Deerfield Township, Cumberland County.  State Police say social media tips led to Davis’ arrest this week.  Davis surrendered at a State Police station.
