A vehicle that was stolen in Lower Township led to an arrest. Jason McHugh was charged by Glassboro Police for driving while intoxicated, receiving stolen property, obstruction, and resisting arrest. He was placed in jail and further charged by the Lower Township Police Department. McHugh was found to have stolen two vehicles from Middle Township as well and crashed one of those in Glassboro.
