An area man stole drugs and tourniquets from the Inspira Medical Center just before the weekend. Vineland Police say 30 year old Karl S. Smith Jr. of Vineland stole four vials of Dilantin, a vial of Levophed, and four tourniquets from the hospital’s ER Thursday night. Police charged Smith with theft and possession of heroin.
