The former manager of a Cumberland County car dealership admitted to taking nearly $300,000 from the dealership over six years. William K. Herring pleaded guilty to charges including theft and failure to pay taxes. Herring used to be the manager of the J & C Auto Sales on West Landis Avenue in Vineland. He will be sentenced in October for his crimes.
