An Atlantic City man will spend 18 years in jail for armed robbery. Louis Urgent will have to serve 85 percent of that sentence before parole becomes an option. On July 13, 2010 at 6:20 p.m., Urgent held Thelbert Nicholson, 25, of Ventnor, at knifepoint in a foyer area of the 2501 Pacific Avenue building. Urgent demanded that the victim hand over money. The victim gave Urgent $80 in cash and Urgent fled the scene and headed west on Pacific Avenue. He was convicted on Jan. 24 of this year.
