MAN SENT TO PRISON FOR KILLING DOG IN ATLANTIC COUNTY

A 51 year old man has been sent to prison for just under a year for killing a female pit bull dog in a wooded area back in January. Steven Geisel pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges and admitted the torment and torture of the dog that resulted in her death. Geisel will also have to perform 30 days of community service at the Atlantic County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
