Assemblyman Nelson Albano got the news he wanted to hear. The man responsible for his son’s death will not be getting an early release. Albano got the news Monday afternoon that Carlos Rosado was denied entry into an early release program that would have allowed Rosado to enter a half way house type program. The program was implemented during the Jon Corzine administration. Rosado will next be eligible for release at his parole hearing next year.
