A Sewell man plead guilty to health care claims fraud. Salvatore Chillemi was in Superior Court on Monday to plead guilty to defrauding Medicare. He was the manager of an adult day health services facility. He will be sentenced on June 10. Under the plea agreement, the state will recommend that Chillemi be sentenced to three years in state prison. Also, as part of the plea agreement, the state will recommend that Chillemi pay $147,076.14 in fines and penalties.
