A man had to pay off a bet by not paying for items from a Walmart. Irwin Krakow was arrested and charged with shoplifting in Millville on Saturday. Police say that Krakow claimed he lost a bet and had to either shoplift $50 in items or run through the streets naked. The incident was first reported by The Daily Journal.
