New Jersey State Police have identified the man who went down with the “Sea Wolf” boat in the Delaware Bay early Thursday morning. State Police say the man has been identified as 62 year old Gregory Arlotta of Floirda. Arlotta went down with the boat when it sank shortly after 1:30am Thursday just off the coast of Cape May. The United States Coast Guard arrived at the scene of the boat and was able to rescue 42 year old Steven Hopkins of Washington, DC. The Coast Guard says Arlotta was dead in the water, and went down with a piece of debris from the boat when it sank. Arlotta has just purchased the boat and was taking it to New Orleans.
