Some people would have given 50 year old Clark Fredericks of New Jersey a medal; instead, he gets some time in jail. Fredericks was sentenced to five years in a state prison for killing a Boy Scout leader whom Fredericks accused of sexually assaulting him when he was a child. A judge imposed the minimum sentence, and Fredericks could get out of prison in under one year.
