A new report says a Stone Harbor man was killed on Friday morning. State Police say that Thomas E. Kraemer, IV was driving a vehicle that left the roadway around midnight on Thursday evening. The incident took place around milepost 6.5. Kraemer was ejected from the vehicle. Next of kin has been notified.
