A 38 year old man from Wildwood who was involved in an automobile accident Wednesday morning on Park Boulevard had a car loaded with illegal drugs. City police say Luis Perez-Barrios had 60 bags of heroin inside his vehicle when he was charged with DUI and many drug related offenses.
