MAN INDICTED IN CONNECTION WITH FATAL SHOOTING AT AC OUTLETS

A 55 year old man from Somers Point has been indicted on murder charges in connection with a fatal shooting at the Tangier Outlets in Atlantic City in September.  Luis Maisonet was indicted on first degree murder charges on Wednesday.  He fatally shot an employee of a store at the outlets, pointed the gun at another person, and then shot himself.  Maisonet remains jailed on $1 million bail.
