A Lithuanian man has been indicted by a grand jury for a sexual assault that occurred in Avalon earlier this summer. 22 year old Egidijus Riaubys was working in the United States on a visa when he allegedly assaulted a woman who was unconscious on Ocean Drive during the early morning hours of July 26th. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
