A West Virginia man has been indicted on attempted murder charges stemming from an incident outside of a local bar and restaurant back in January. Adrian Mowery has been charged with other crimes relating to the incident outside of the Bayshore Inn on January 18th. Authorities say Mowery attempted to use an axe handle to strike Matthew Danze in the head. Mowery was released on $100,000 cash bail.
