MAN INDICTED, ALLEGED TO COVER UP HIT-AND-RUN

A man that allegedly rubbed deer meat on his vehicle to cover up a hit-and-run was indicted on Wednesday. Robert Eisele was in front of a Cumberland County Grand Jury for the incident that took place on in December. Eisele is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and then trying to tamper with the evidence. Edward M. Morrison Jr. was the victim that was pronounced dead at the South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center. Authorities believe he could have been laying on the side of Silver Run Road in Millville for over a half-hour before authorities were notified by another driver.
