MAN FOUND SHOT TO DEATH IN BOAT IN LOWER TOWNSHIP

An investigation is on-going by police into a death in Lower Township. State Police say a Georgia man was found dead of a gunshot wound. The death is believe suspicious in nature. Vernard Ellingsen’s body was found on the boat Adrianna, which was at the Atlantic Fisheries dock in Lower Township. Autopsy results have not yet been made available.
