Sea Isle City police arrested a man with a loaded air rifle and scope inside of his vehicle. The discovery was made during a vehicle stop on Sunday. A check was done and it was found that Philip Philhower, of Ringoes, was not allowed to be in possession of a weapon of any kind. He was charged with weapons offenses, contempt of court, and a DWI. Bail was set at $100,000.
