It was a potential scary accident. A construction worker fell and was knocked out for a few minutes at the Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May. The man was identified as Richard Kortonick of North Wildwood. A quick responding team was able to help get Kortonick to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and he has been labeled in stable condition.
