MAN FACES MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE FOR SELLING HEROIN

A Pleasantville man has been indicted on manslaughter for selling heroin to a man that later died from that drug use. Levi Brown, faces the potential of 37 years in prison for the charges, that also include heroin possession, and other related charges. Eugene Murtagh Jr., of Lacey Township, died from the drugs he purchased back in 2009. Brown is in the Ocean County Jail on $500,000 bail.
