A man was wearing his pants around his ankles at the Cumberland County Courthouse. Bridgeton Police say that they arrested city-man, Bruce Williams. A press release said he was charged with defiant trespassing. Police said the man was wearing underwear at least. The 47-year-old man was caught on Wednesday morning.
