Wildwood Police say they arrested a drug dealer on Sunday. Bryan Williams, of Cape May Court House was charged with possession of heroin, possession with the intent to distribute, and financial facilitation. Bail was set at $60,000. Police discovered heroin pre-packaged in individual light blue colored wax paper folds for street level sales/distribution. A total of 322 bags were seized in the arrest.
