Vineland Police announced the arrest of an 18 year old man on charges that he allegedly waved a toy gun at traffic in the city. Police say the incident occurred on November 7th during the evening hours. Yakiv Mashura allegedly used an Airsoft gun threaten passing traffic. Mashura was taken to the Cumberland County Jail on $70,000 cash bail.
