A four-car accident in Galloway Township on Monday was caused by a man who ran a red light. The driver, Shawn McIntosh of Hammonton, reportedly ran a red light on the White Horse Pike at Pomona Road, striking two other vehicles. A third vehicle was hit by a trailer being pulled by McIntosh. Rescue workers had to extricate two women from one of the vehicles and transport them to the hospital with moderate but not life-threatening injuries. McIntosh was cited for disregard of a traffic control device.
