MAN BREAKS RESTRAINING ORDER, ASSAULTS WOMAN IN LOWER

Lower Township Police were called to a domestic disturbance early Saturday morning. Police say it took place on the 400 block of East Drumbed Rd. in the Villas. The victim claimed that her ex-boyfriend, Sean Burke, broke the restraining order she had against him and entered her home. Burke assaulted the woman and left the area on foot. Police have charged Burke and charged him with burglary, terroristic threats, simple assault, and violation of a temporary restraining order.
