MAN BARRICADES HIMSELF IN VILLAS, SITUATION ENDS PEACEFULLY

A man barricaded himself inside a home in the Villas early Tuesday morning, and the situation ended peacefully.  Lower Township Police say a man barricaded himself inside a home located on Carolina Avenue early Tuesday morning.  The Cape May County SWAT team responded and the man was talked out of the situation safely; he was the only occupant of the home.
