Some people say they are going to go medieval and others apparently do it. An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted a Hammonton man for attempted murder in connection with the attack of an Atlantic City Electric employee with a reproduction of a medieval weapon.
It is alleged that on the afternoon of February 8, 2012, Roberto Vazquez, 37, the owner of White Horse Ink tattoo parlor, attacked Matthew Pinto III, 53, also of Hammonton, with a mace-type weapon, while Mr. Pinto was attempting to disconnect Vasquez’s electrical service due to an outstanding balance of over $1,200 owed to Atlantic City Electric.
Vazquez remains lodged in the Atlantic County Justice facility on $100,000 bail on charges that include attempted murder.
