MAN ARRESTED WITH OVER 1000 BAGS OF HEROIN

A Newark man was found in possession of a major amount of heroin. The Toms River Patch reports that over 1,000 bags of heroin were found on Ibnballha Pitman. The arrest was made in Seaside Park. According to the report, the street value of the drugs were $5,000. Pitman was placed in jail on $150,000.
