A South Jersey man has been arrested and charged with the killing of a 26-year old woman at a Cumberland County trailer park. 23 year old Anthony Ridgeway has been arrested and charged with the murder of 26 year old Tara Valentin; both lived at the Tips Trailer Park in Fairfield Township. Valentin was found dead in her home on Friday morning. They lived in separate units at the trailer park. So far, police are not saying how Valentin was killed.
