57 year old Brian Harris of Atlantic City has been arrested and charged with threatening to kill Atlantic City Police officers during a standoff on Tuesday. Harris locked himself inside an apartment and threatened to kill someone before turning the threats on police. He was taken into police custody; no injuries are reported.
