A man was arrested by police after he threatened to kill the owner of a Lower Township motel and his wife during an argument in the motel’s office. Police arrested a tenant, James H. Hall, and charged him with terroristic threats and harassment after threatening to kill the owners of the Cabin City Motel on Route 9 in Cold Spring. Hall was in the main office and reportedly began to verbally harass the owner and become increasingly aggressive, stating he was going to kill the owner and his wife. Hall was placed in the Cape May County Jail on $25,000 bail.
