A Virginia native was arrested on Friday after police arrested him for wandering in traffic on the Garden State Parkway in Galloway Township. State Police say Alex Fitzgerald was spotted wandering on the Parkway on foot after his pickup truck ran out of gas. He was charged with disorderly conduct and taken to a hospital for evaluation.
