An Atlantic City man was found with a handgun loaded with hollow-point ammunition, along with cocaine and marijuana. Police tried to stop the 18-year-old while riding a bicycle but he fled on foot. Police eventually caught Genesis Silva, who was charged with weapons possession charges, two counts of possession, of a controlled dangerous substance, and other related offenses. Silva was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $100,000 bail.
