MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING BOOK STORE DISPUTE IN CAPE MAY

A 51 year old North Wildwood man has been charged by police following an argument at the Atlantic Book Store in Cape May on May 24th. Police announced that disorderly conduct charges were filed against Lee A. Herr who worked at the store. The dispute started when Herr lunged at a customer after Herr made an error on how much to charge for two books. Herr was also wanted for being a fugitive from justice from Pennsylvania.
