A 43 year old Philadelphia man has been arrested and charged following a break in early Monday morning at the Pacific Avenue branch of Crest Savings Bank in Wildwood. Police say Cecil Morris broke into the bank and stole an undetermined amount of money. Morris was charged with burglary, theft, and other offenses; he was taken to the Cape May County Jail.
