MAN ALLEGEDLY SHOT AT YOUNGER BROTHER

Police responded to a shooting in Egg Harbor Township on Thursday. Police there say that Christopher Olivier, 37, arrived at the police station and reported being shot at by his brother, Nicholas Olivier, 38. Investigation determined that there was some type of verbal and physical dispute at a residence on Fernwood Avenue which led to shots being fired. No one was injured as a result of the shooting. Nicholas Olivier was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $100,000.
