A man who is being accused of watching child pornography at a library, was arrested on Tuesday. The Asbury Park Press reports that Lawrence J. Cohen has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He has already served five years for attempting to lure an 11-year-old child to a motel room.
