An Atlantic City man had his first appearance in court on Thursday after he allegedly killed a four-month-old. Telly Burns allegedly killed the newborn at his home on April 29. He has been charged with aggravated manslaughter. After the brief court hearing, First Assistant Prosecutor McClain answered media inquiries outside of the courtroom. He said that on May 2 the infant was taken off of life support at Chops or the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
