A man charged in the death of two young girls has waived his first two court appearances. Joshua Malmgren waived his right to hear the charges in court on Tuesday and then on Thursday, once those charges were upgraded. He is charged with drunk driving and the deaths of 13-year-old Ashley Dauber and 15-year-old Nioami Lisicki-Gaston. Bail is set at $400,000 for the charges that include aggravated manslaughter.
