A brand new waterfront development is coming to 10th Street and the bay in Ocean City. The Ocean City Planning Board ruled Wednesday night in favor of a major new development at the former Dan’s Dock that will include boat fuel, waterfront dining, and residential development. The Board voted 8-1 in favor of the project.
