Over 1,000 bags of heroin were found during a large scale narcotics investigation that spanned between Jan. and June of 2016. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced that 26 people were charged with various charges stemming from this investigation. Besides the heroin, some cocaine was found along with $45,000 in cash and various firearms. Michael Morales and Xaiver Alicia-Goicochea, both of Wildwood, were charged with being a leader of a narcotics network, among other charges.
