A major honor for outgoing Congressman Frank LoBiondo this week in Washington. A federal bill that will fund Coast Guard operations now bears LoBiondo’s name just weeks before he retires after a 24 year career in Congress. LoBiondo served for more than two decades on a Coast Guard subcommittee.
